Laso Finance is the payment rail for AI agents. With a single prompt an agent gets its own card, its own bank account, and the ability to buy anything online. No human in the loop.
The same rails already move real money for tens of thousands of human users. Agents are already 5% of the volume, and growing.
The Problem
Agents can hold money and cannot spend it. Every payment rail on earth is built around a human identity: a passport, a selfie, a credit check, a bank willing to underwrite a person.
An agent has none of that and never will.
The moment an agent needs to buy compute, pay a contractor, subscribe to an API, or order a physical good, it stops and waits for a human to pull out a card. That handoff is the ceiling on what agents can actually do.
The Solution
Laso is that last mile. An agent pays per request in USDC on Solana or Base and gets every capability a human user has:
Its own prepaid card, issued in seconds, usable anywhere online
Its own US bank account with real routing and account numbers, with on and off ramp
Push-to-card and bank payouts in USD, EUR, and GBP, so agents can pay contractors internationally
Gift cards at thousands of merchants including Amazon, Uber, and DoorDash
What is next
We are moving down the stack from reseller to program manager: US and EU FBO accounts for agentic spending, a reloadable BIN so an agent can hold a persistent card, and direct issuing through partner banks. Deposits become interest-bearing, card fees go to zero, and we earn on interchange and float instead of on the transaction.
The end state is an agent that can be funded once and operate a business indefinitely.
At that point, the TAM is the sum of all internet-only businesses.
