Update from Vitals World

Day 3. world.vitals.academy is live: every country coloured by people per doctor (World Bank/WHO), with a slider back to 2000 — the number we exist to bring down 1% a year. Behind it, on our staging ward: the first patient nobody owned went home after two strangers' shifts, anchored on Solana devnet; two others died because nobody came, and the chain says so. New: a case factory compiling our own library into the ward's engine (66 so far, provisional), and a patient factory spanning 74 countries. Door opens when the queue is full and the first cases pass our clinical advisor. https://world.vitals.academy/?src=colosseumUpdate screenshot
