About the project

One doctor per 540 people worldwide; one per 7,000 in Ethiopia (World Bank, 2022–23). Vitals World is a public ward on Solana built so that gap is the first thing you see: the globe is coloured by each country's shortage and patients arrive in proportion to it. Anyone takes a shift in the browser — no signup, no wallet — treats her and hands over; the next stranger continues where you stopped, and no one can rewrite her chart. Mission: cut 540 by 1% a year. Built on Vitals and Embla.

I am an engineer, not a clinician — and that division is deliberate. I build Embla, a clinical-simulation engine now used in 18 of Thailand's 29 medical faculties: 433 authored cases, 384 clinically validated, across 23 specialties, and Grand Champion at NECTEC AI for Thai 2026.
