Day 17 of 28.
Last update I said the rules test and payout gates would go live on October 1. They went live on the 29th, a day early, and the site went up with them.
What landed:
Production cutover. The new build is live on Fly with ten migrations on Neon, each hash checked against the repo before and after. In Hyphae Lab, /rules opened the six-question rules test and I passed it. The first paid week is set: epoch 1 closes October 2 as a dry run, and epoch 2 is the first one that pays.
A public site. hyphae-delta.vercel.app has the landing page, the audit page for every contribution, the claim page that builds your transaction in your browser from public data, and a /rules page that shows the rules in force next to my graded examples. 40 accessibility runs, 0 violations.
A build anyone can reproduce. Two clean builds in Anchor's pinned Docker image gave the same hash, and it matches what CI builds and what's running on devnet. I also rehearsed the mainnet deploy on devnet: a hot key uploads the program, then only a stand-in for my Ledger can deploy it, so the program never has an upgrade key on a laptop. The program and the rubrics are public at github.com/FCisco95/hyphae-program.
Scoring, still open. I tried TypeSafe's Jev, which answers typed yes/no and scale questions while code turns them into a 0-100 score. On 16 cases I graded, Jev passed 4 and 5 and Sonnet passed 3 and 2, so no claim that either is better. Jev takes a quarter of a second and $0.003 a run, Sonnet six seconds and about $0.23. On 11 of my own real replies, Jev flagged none as AI, but it zeroed jokes and banter as low effort. My ruling: an organic reaction earns the low end of the scale, not nothing. Prompt wording barely moved it, so the next step is a calibration learned from my grades. Jev is offline only, nothing in production calls it.
Numbers: 721 tests on the production build, up from 663. 44 of 44 on real Postgres 17. A scan of 306 commits found 0 secrets. Ledger upgrade path rehearsed on devnet, 0 rollbacks in the cutover.
Still not on mainnet. Next: October 2, epoch 1 closes and I check its snapshot. Then a Ledger-signed devnet run, the mainnet deploy with the Ledger as upgrade authority, and a real claim. October 9, epoch 2 closes and MYCEL pays its first epoch.
