About the project

In the trenches, the people who actually build communities have nothing to show for it. Hyphae is a proof-of-contribution layer for token communities: an AI scores members' work against public rules and writes down why, each epoch's payouts are committed to Solana as a merkle root, and members claim SOL from a community vault with their own wallet. Live on mainnet: MYCEL's first round paid 4 wallets, 3 of them non-founder members.

CS background, 5 years building data platforms in production. Started Organic as an experiment; it became a Solana launchpad that settled real revenue to holders on mainnet. Hyphae is the layer I kept needing while running it: proof of who actually does the work. Full-time through the hackathon.
