Day 23 of 28.
Last update I said the next steps were a Ledger-signed mainnet deploy and a first real claim. The program is on mainnet. The claim is still ahead.
What landed:
The program on mainnet. October 2: one blind Ledger approval deployed it, and the finalized hash, size and upgrade authority all matched the reviewed build before I touched anything else. Cost 1.168 SOL, the unused 0.052 went back to my wallet, and the temporary hot key was deleted and checked gone. No community, vault or payout on chain yet. That is for the October 8 sitting, and I'll report it as deployment, not as a payment.
The member journey, live. Private raid buttons, receipts for every reply, an /issue report, and an operator view for the admin. Two migrations applied in one transaction, one machine updated, the worker that runs rewards untouched. 0 rollbacks across four production releases this week.
Then I found out no one could get set up. Only one Telegram account, mine, had ever opened a wallet link. I built a guided /setup. The first real tester then linked his wallet successfully and thought it had failed, because only the wallet page said so and Telegram said nothing. Now Telegram confirms it, and the page shows which address you are on and the exact message before your wallet is asked.
Then the part I care about most: the scorer was harder than its own rubric. My sincere reply to our own post, an answer to "what would make a reward system feel fair?", scored 58 and earned nothing. The AI called it "a general crypto take". The published rubric says a real take on the theme earns most of the credit.
I could not just edit it. An open epoch pins its scoring rules by hash, and that is the point of the protocol. So the fix is a new prompt version, proposed in public, that applies from epoch 3 on October 9. Epoch 2 keeps the old one.
On 20 fixed replies, 3 runs each, with the real model: my three real contributions went from 3 of 9 credited runs to 8 of 9. "gm", "lfg", generic hype, AI slop, buy-now calls, price shills, other-coin ads and other-project plugs still earned 0 in every run. A different model family reviewed the change and found two problems in my test script, which I fixed. Caveat: the set is small and I tuned the wording on it, so it guards against regressions and does not prove calibration.
Numbers: 1,065 tests passing, 0 secrets in the repo scan, every public link 200.
Honest state: epoch 2 has 1 member, me, so the first payout goes to my own reply. No real members yet. They start in epoch 3.
Next: October 8, the attended mainnet sitting (community, vault, publish the epoch root, a real claim). October 9, epoch 2 closes and epoch 3 opens with the looser scorer and the first members. October 10, video and submission.
