Update from Human Intelligence Mining

HIM: what shipped since our last update (21 to 22 Oct 2026)

The escrow pays by code, and Proof Seal is on chain. Last update we said: built, rolling out behind switches. This one is the changelog. Everything below is in production on him.finance, switched on one step at a time, each step followed by live tests on the real site (32 passing on the last run).

1. The engine went live

- Free League now rotates a different mechanic every day: Catch, Pulse, Estimate, Higher/Lower, Order. On 22 Oct it is Higher/Lower.

- Creator leagues run on 17 mechanics, including Tug of War, Last Mind, Ladder, Tower and On the Map.

- A reload no longer resets the clock: the ring resumes where the server's clock is.

2. AI Gap has data now

- We ran our bots against every item in our bank: 24,042 items, about 72,000 attempts, 0 errors.

- In the paid pool the bots fully knew 8,941 of 11,540 items and failed all 1,064 of the rest. Those 1,064 are the first gold candidates: knowledge machines don't have.

- Gold is never assigned by us. An item turns gold only after 30 human-checked players answer it.

3. Human check v2 is running on real players

- It runs in watch mode next to v1: every v2 result is recorded and timed, while v1 still decides prize entry. We switch to v2 when the real-player numbers say so, not before.

4. Proof Seal grew

- Free rounds are now sealed on Solana mainnet too, next to question sets and paid results (SPL Memo, hourly batches). Anyone can replay a record against the chain.

5. Creators can launch a league in a day

- Creator Studio is open: a creator's league lives at /l/<handle>.

- New: HIM can prepare a creator's league from their own videos and posts, send a private preview link (signed, expires in 7 days, never indexed), and the creator approves it with one X sign-in. The first founding creator's league is prepared and waiting for their approval.

- League Nights: a creator schedules a live round; the page counts down and the board refreshes every 10 seconds.

- Creator logos are uploaded, checked byte by byte (PNG, WebP or JPEG only) and reviewed before players see them.

6. The way out is live

- Today's Way Out: one maze a day, the same doors for everyone. #1 ran on 21 Oct.

- Race my ghost: send your run as a link and a friend races it.

- Minotaur: a machine walks the maze at bot speed; gold doors stop it.

- Club mazes for the Fan Token League (53 clubs).

7. The loop can prove itself

- Mind Points ledger: 10 counted rounds a day, zero points for zero correct answers.

- Friend proof: each invited friend shows sign-in, wallet, short human check and days played. A friend counts after 3 days within 14.

- A public weekly list ranks creators by friends who really play.

- X follow and Telegram membership are now checked automatically (Telegram through our bot, X through an external follower check signed with HMAC). The X step earns no points under X's rules; the check exists so a creator's numbers are real.

- Türkiye points board, and a creator kit (invite link, QR, banner, post card).

8. Paper

- Whitepaper v3 is published at him.finance/whitepaper: the live core, the game engine, the creator allocation (HIM tokens, released against proof of real users, no cash) and the launch plan.

Next: human check v2 from watch to on, a public league directory, then the HIM/SOL pool on Meteora, owned by our Squads multisig.
