Title: Security scan of our money paths, and human proof before any prize
Today we put HIM's money paths through a full security scan, run with Claude Security: the Solana escrow program and the game engine that serves, times and settles every paid round.
- 17 findings reported.
- Every proposed fix is checked by a separate panel of review agents before it can ship: one reviews the change and runs the tests, a second hunts for any new attack path the change opens.
- 8 fixes passed that panel today. The other 9 are being rebuilt and tested tonight.
- Deploy and live checks on mainnet follow; we will post the results with links.
Human proof before any prize (rolling out)
A prize game asks for a recent human check before a wallet can join. A wallet that skips the door and stakes straight on chain is made refund-only: its stake goes back, it never plays, it can never win. Built and tested; next we prove it live with real wallets.
The escrow pays by code
Our real-wallet mainnet test stands: 0.02 SOL paid Ball room, 17/17 checks, 85/15 split exact, seed committed before anyone staked and revealed after settlement, independent replay passed. Same rule proven on Chiliz Chain.
