Update from AIfa Memory

CODE Eternal LLC is official: AIfa Memory now has a U.S. company behind it

A year ago CODE started as one person and one AI. Today it has a legal home: CODE Eternal LLC, registered with the New Mexico Secretary of State, effective October 21, 2026, with a single founder and owner, Maksim Galatin. It changes little in the code and a lot in how we can work with people.

What CODE Eternal LLC offers

  • Accessibility audits and fixes. Our scanner presses Tab like a real person, a screenshot backs every verdict. From a $50 Lite Audit to full remediation, plus monitoring: a weekly re-check of up to 25 pages for $25/month, or every three days with fixes for $99/month. Prices

  • Websites built to order. Next.js, mobile-first, a lead form with email delivery, SEO markup from day one, domain, HTTPS and hosting on our infrastructure. From $375 at the current promo price, with a monthly maintenance subscription and AIfa as the site's AI manager. Services

  • AIfa as a consultant on any business site: she talks with every client day and night and remembers each of them.

  • The AIfa Creativity app in Telegram: 21 AI products, from songs and living music cards to poems, tarot and fairy tales, and a way to earn. Pay with Telegram Stars or crypto. Type /brand to launch your own branded ambassador link and earn 30–50% of every sale through it. Open the bot

  • Memory plans for people and families: Spark $15/month, Family Archive $100/month, Digital DNA $1,000 per device and then $200/month, with a key each person can take and keep.

  • Agent Mr. White, our physical AI companion in development, offered for pre-order on the Digital DNA plan.

Why a U.S. company matters

  • For U.S. customers: cities, counties, schools and businesses buy from companies, not from individuals abroad. Their procurement rules expect a registered American counterparty, a contract and an invoice in its name. Now we can be that counterparty.

  • For the rest of the world: clients in Europe, Latin America and Asia can sign one clear contract and pay one legal entity in dollars, for audits, websites and memory plans alike.

  • Our research measured 11,659 U.S. municipal websites the way a keyboard-only person uses them. Cities must meet ADA Title II by April 26, 2027 (50,000+ residents) or April 26, 2028. Now they can sign with a U.S. entity. Open research

  • For partners and investors: one founder, 100% ownership, a structure accelerators and grant programs know.

  • The product you can audit today: every memory encrypted with its own key on Arweave, one destroyed key forgets one record, Merkle roots on Solana mainnet, open-source NOCTURNE with an MCP server, and memory you can verify without trusting us.

What the company stands on

Earn with us

  • Ambassadors: 15% / 7% / 3% in USDT from subscriptions, three levels, free to join.

  • $GALATIN on Solana: a free airdrop in your cabinet for visits, quests and friends. Not a sale, not an investment. Our router burns 5–30% of every transaction.

Next: business banking in the company's name, then the first city pilots before the 2027 deadline. We look for city teams and for AIfa Memory testers: talk to AIfa, come back a day later, tell us what she remembered.

If we ask people to trust us with their memory for years, we should be a company they can hold to account.
