Daily Update:
A UX bug that was really a trust bug.
When a user signs an onchain action on ProLeague, we show progress - building, signing, confirming, done. That progress used to render inline, right under whichever button started it. Two of those call sites live inside a modal, which portals and traps focus, so the stepper vanished along with its own dialog the moment the flow started. The rest pushed the page around mid-transaction.
Watch someone hit "pay" and then see nothing happen. They click again. On a flow that moves money, the interface disappearing at exactly the moment of commitment is not cosmetic.
It is now one card in the bottom-right corner, mounted once by the app shell over a single store. Call sites open it, feed it their step, and fail it from their catch. The handle is bound to a sequence number, so a slow confirmation resolving after the user has already started something else cannot tick the wrong card, and a dismissed card stays dismissed.
Nine flows are wired - every path that signs or moves money: both two-phase actions on each side, both create wizards, the sponsorship payment, the withdrawal, and the automated flows. The automated ones draw two segments instead of four, because our node's wallet signs those and promising a wallet prompt would be a lie. Tournament close was never on the old stepper at all, despite being the step that pays out the winners. It is now.
