Update from Parano1d

The network already being built around Parano1d

Mining pools reported 3,600+ mining workers and approximately 360 GH/s of combined Poseidon2b hashrate (roughly equivalent to 2,500 RTX4090 GPUs in mining capacity) for Parano1d on October 6.

That snapshot was taken at approximately 16:54 BST from InnovLab and Suprnova’s public APIs. Workers are pool-reported mining connections. Other pools and solo miners are outside this count.

The Community builds catalogue now lists four public pools, eleven mining products or distributions, a self-hosted solo-pool deployment, two community explorers and a NOID/USDT market. These projects have their own maintainers and release histories.

Several familiar mining developers are among them. doktor83’s SRBMiner-Multi supports NOID and has published GPU optimizations for it. ocminer maintains Suprminer with NOID support. PeakMiner provides mining software and a PeakPool deployment combining a Parano1d full node with a Stratum V2 solo pool.

These integrations support Parano1d’s particular mining workflow. A producing node first constructs the recursive proof for a valid block template. Miners then search its nonce. Proofs establish validity; proof of work establishes canonical order. PeakPool’s deployment documents this division and the proving step between mining jobs.

Public pools include Parano1d Pool, InnovLab, Suprnova and RPlant. Community explorers make network activity accessible, while SafeTrade provides a NOID/USDT market.

Outside participation also reaches the research. Following discussion on Ethereum Research, TMerlini published an independent reproduction of the soundness-certificate calculation, including a changed-parameter experiment, control runs and regression results. The artifact makes the calculation independently reproducible.

I remain the solo developer and maintainer of the protocol. The mining software, pools and explorers are community projects maintained beyond the protocol repository.

My recent updates demonstrated v2 applications and proof continuity through an upgrade. V2 activation at block 210,537 (around October 10) brings that work into mainnet: programmable spending rights, contract calls and receipt verification through the native wallet, CLI and RPC.

For the rollout, useful testing reports include the release and hardware used, synchronization behavior, a completed contract workflow, and a saved receipt verified by another participant.
