And it feels a little strange.
The MVP wasn’t a “big launch” with thousands of users and loud headlines. It never tried to look bigger than it actually was.
But it did exactly what I needed it to do.
It gave me real data and showed me how the project behaves outside my own phone and local tests.
During the MVP:
- 413,791 steps were accepted
- 511.33 ERT was earned through M2E
- 275 Draws were completed
- 22 Rings were active
- 37 Ring level-ups happened
For some people, those may look like small numbers. For me, they’re proof that the product was actually being used and tested in the real world.
The MVP exposed weak points: UX problems, technical rough edges, and things you simply can’t discover from plans and documentation alone.
So I’m closing this stage without any regret.
It did its job.
And early next week, Alpha goes live.
The next stage will matter much more.
