DevFridge World weekly update

I am building DevFridge World from Italy for the Crypto World’s Fair hackathon. The focus this week is to make the project easy to understand and easy to test: a game layer that turns Solana meme tokens into playable community assets.

What shipped / moved forward:

- Clearer product positioning around three Colosseum signals: velocity, communication, and repeat use.

- Updated project narrative and investor-style material explaining the game loop, Solana token utility, PASTA, and the planned Season 1 leaderboard.

- Community infrastructure around PASTA HQ and the first pilot meme-token communities, so each asset can eventually have its own onboarding path.

- Upcoming validation events: a virtual DevFridge World Solana launch playtest on Oct 1, Solana Build Station Warsaw on Oct 5, and Warsaw Demo Day on Oct 12 with the Superteam Poland / Solana builder community.

What I am validating now:

1. Whether users understand the Cold Storage merge-and-score loop quickly.

2. Whether the game feels replayable enough for community members to come back.

3. Whether Solana wallet onboarding and token-to-character unlocks feel simple and safe.

4. Whether meme-token communities see value in locking an asset to access a related in-game character and community experience.

Next steps:

- Keep improving the playable loop and onboarding.

- Bring in Solana and Phantom users for feedback.

- Use playtest feedback to simplify the first-time user journey.

- Prepare the project for the Warsaw builder events and Demo Day.
