Hardening + store prep this week:
- Release-signed the Android build (real signing cert, not debug)
- Turned on R8 minify: 44.6 MB → 27.8 MB
- Added real liveness gating, demo bypass off for paid work
- Split signing: the API holds no private keys, only the background worker signs
- Added rate limiting + a versioned migration ledger
- Reworked payouts to settle through a durable background job queue (no lost escrow)
- Switched payouts to transfer-from-vault, no token minting
- Renamed packages to app.capture / app.capture.usdc so the two builds don't collide in a store
- Rebuilt + staged the APK at capture.magnumopus.ai/capture-clock-in.apk
Store side:
- Release AAB/APK ready
- Next: Google Play + Solana dApp Store submission, waiting on the dev accounts
