Update from Capture

Capture is developed for Solana Seeker Mobile paid in test USDC and separately deployed is a $SKR implementation. The two were split into separate repos and differ only in the token — the code is otherwise identical. Each has its own backend and is maintained independently.

On-chain improvements:

- reserve_judgment / resolve_judgment — lock a judge's bond while their judgments are open, release on resolution, idempotent.

- hardened record_payment — mint-authority-gated, binds the receipt to recipient + amount + mint + payment ID.

Re-audited both stacks and fixed eight issues:

1. Liveness now enforced at judgment submit, not just fetch

2. Payment receipt can't be hijacked

3. Bond locked while judgments are open (withdraw blocked)

4. Payout persisted before broadcast + reconciled on retry

5. Settlement retry deadlock fixed

6. Warn/slash journaled + idempotent

7. Anti-spoof requires recent continuous evidence

8. Field-name bug fixed

Android. Anti-spoof hardened (fail-closed), a "Continue (demo)" liveness pass (all demo liveness auto-passes), arm64-only build (46.5 MB) with the correct HTTPS URL baked in.

Live on-chain proof. Ran a fresh end-to-end cycle on devnet — a wallet got test $SKR, staked the bond, judged, and was paid, with the batch Merkle root anchored. All six transactions finalized with no error:
