How AIfa remembers — and how it forgets (day 2 of 8)
Most AI assistants either forget you after one chat or keep everything forever with no way out. AIfa Memory is built for the third option: remember for years, and forget exactly what you ask it to forget.
One person, one memory
You talk to AIfa on four sites — aifa.works, codeofdigitaleternity.com, aifa.digital, radiocode.space — and in different places: the site chat, your personal cabinet, the terminal. It is still one memory, one continuous history tied to your account, not to a site or a device.
Where the memory lives — three layers (we call the approach PADAM)
• The session itself — short-term context of the current conversation.
• Our database (PostgreSQL with semantic vectors) — the full history in plain text, so AIfa can find a past conversation by meaning, not by keywords.
• Arweave — permanent storage, but only ciphertext ever goes there, and only for paid plans within their quota. Free users never touch the blockchain.
Keys: why "forget" really works
• Every person has a personal encryption key. You can view and download it in your cabinet. With it you can decrypt your own Arweave records yourself — even if we disappear.
• Every record that goes to Arweave gets its own random key, wrapped by your personal key and kept only on our side.
• To forget one dialogue, you press "Forget one dialog" in the cabinet: we destroy the keys of its records. The ciphertext stays on Arweave, but it is noise forever. The rest of your memory is untouched.
Honest note: crypto-shredding is an old idea. What we built is a working product where an AI's long memory lives on permanent storage and can still forget one conversation on request.
Proof you can check yourself
The Merkle root of the memory records is anchored on Solana mainnet — the first anchor went in on 30 September 2026. In the cabinet, "Verify my memory" makes your own browser fetch your record from Arweave, rebuild the root and compare it with the chain. No trust in us required.
The cabinet
One login for all four sites. Inside: your memory and its plan, your key, the Solana anchor check, your ambassador network and the income you missed by staying on a lower plan.
Memory plans
• Free — memory kept in our database.
• Spark — $15/month: everyday AIfa with memory, Arweave quota 30 MB per month.
• Family Archive — $100/month: higher limits, personal knowledge bases and family access, 300 MB per month.
• Digital DNA — $1,000 per device + $200/month: the full set for a lifelong personal archive, 1 GB per month.
Plans can be paid in crypto.
Who it is for
A person who wants an assistant that knows their story. A family that wants a grandmother's voice and words kept for the children. Anyone who needs to be able to say "forget this" and know it is really gone.
For business — and this matters most. AIfa can be the consultant on your website: she talks with every client, day and night, and remembers each of them — what they asked, what they chose, what worried them. Nobody gets forgotten, nobody gets mixed up with someone else. A returning client is greeted as someone she already knows, not as a stranger, and continues the conversation from where it stopped. That is how a personal consultant earns trust: not with a script, but by remembering the person.
