ReliefVue is a disaster relief concept built around Solana. It proposes keeping donated emergency funds ready before disasters strike, verifying affected households privately, and sending a fixed grant directly to an approved household’s verified wallet. AI would help assess evidence, with human review and final authorization before release. Personal information would remain off-chain, while public payment records would make fund movements easier to inspect and track preventing misuse and abuse.
