Update from GuardRail Protocol

Title: Solana Actions & Blinks Integration Status — Upstream Dial.to Service Notice

Technical Update: GuardRail Protocol has successfully implemented full native support for the Solana Actions & Blinks specification across all required layers:

  1. Rule Mapping & Discovery: Compliant actions.json and /.well-known/actions.json configured with full CORS preflight support (Access-Control-Allow-Origin: *, GET, POST, OPTIONS).

  2. Metadata Endpoint (GET /api/actions/scan): Returns valid ActionGetResponse schemas including interactive parameter fields for dynamic mint auditing.

  3. Execution Endpoint (POST /api/actions/scan): Constructs and returns serialized base64 Solana transactions embedding tamper-proof SPL Memo security attestations directly into the transaction payload.

External Dependency Blocker: Testing and registration via the official Dialect infrastructure (dial.to and dial.to/register) is currently blocked by an upstream outage. The dial.to deployment is returning:

  • HTTP 503 SERVICE_UNAVAILABLE (DEPLOYMENT_PAUSED) on Vercel.

Current Resolution: GuardRail's internal Action endpoints (https://guardrail-protocol.vercel.app/api/actions/scan) are fully functional and serving live responses. Live interactive unfurling on platforms like X and Dialect registry verification will be activated immediately once the upstream Dialect deployment is resumed by its maintainers.
