Seer is a breakthrough in transaction debugging for Solana. Similar to Tenderly on EVM, it shows the full function and line trace of transaction execution, including mappings to source code, standard Solana logs and error messages, and local variable dumps at their exact locations. The POC in this project submission is extendable into a fully framework-agnostic solution to 10x developer debugging speed.
