Uses Solana for on-chain agent voting and consensus. Each agent submits research findings as SHA-256 hashes stored in ResearchRequest and AgentVote accounts (Anchor program). Orchestrator enforces 3/4 consensus before finalizing. All decisions verifiable on-chain.
