› Has anyone built a way for fans to fund artists?

Only one fan-funds-artists project, Superfan, won a prize and then entered Colosseum's accelerator.

• Superfan took 2nd in Consumer Apps at Cypherpunk, then joined cohort C4. Fans voted on which artists got funded, and artists repaid credit lines through fan presales

• Most others were artist tokens with perks, the most crowded pattern. None of those won anything

• Today superfan.one runs "WORKS," a patronage product for music, art and culture

The bar: artists actually repaid the money, and fans didn't need a crypto wallet. Show what your idea does beyond that.

How it works  →

When free sources leave a gap, your agent can offer one paid lookup through Frames, such as Nansen's onchain data. It checks your Frames balance, asks before spending and shows the charge. You pay with your own Frames credits.

What builders ask

Ask about your idea, find tools, compare past projects, or check how Colosseum programs work.

Research an idea before you build

Ask "should I build this?" and see who tried it, what their demos and repos show, and get a straight read on your idea.

Find out if it's already been built

If someone already built your idea, Copilot shows the project, how it placed, and whether the team went on to Colosseum’s accelerator.

Find tools for your chain

Get picks from Colosseum’s resources hub for the chain you’re on, and see which tools past teams built with.

Get feedback on your project

Sign in and Copilot reads your drafts and team, then points out your weakest assumption and how earlier teams handled it.

Ask about our programs

Check hackathon rules and accelerator eligibility against Colosseum’s published answers.

Spot trends across hackathons

See which categories and technologies are growing across five hackathons, and what teams built in each one.

Frequently
Asked Questions

You sign in from your agent, with no token to paste. v2 adds Frontier’s 2,858 projects, category and technology trends, feedback on your own project, and optional premium data through Frames. Using an old token? It doesn’t get Frontier or the new features, and it stops working on October 28. Update the skill and sign in to switch.
